【城建榮譽】浙江城建獲“河南省建筑工程質量標準化示范工地”榮譽

近日，從河南省住房城鄉建設廳傳來喜訊，由浙江城建三公司承建的項城碧桂園·樾府項目榮獲2022年度下半年“河南省建筑工程質量標準化示范工地 ” 榮譽稱號。

碧桂園·樾府項目位于項城市平安大道與文化路交叉口。總建筑面積179107㎡，共包含10棟18層住宅樓,2棟15層住宅樓:4棟11層住宅樓，3棟9層住宅樓,2棟8層住宅樓，5棟7層住宅樓。
項目部在確立“河南省建筑工程質量標準化示范工地”的創優目標后，施工過程中安排管理人員全程盯控，嚴格按照設計文件和施工方案進行施工，明確“方案先行、樣板引路、過程跟蹤、嚴格驗評、一次成優”的管理思路，以標準化管理為手段，嚴格按照標準進行過程控制，實現了“質量零缺陷，安全無隱患”目標。項目部還先后獲評2022年度上半年“周口市建筑工程質量標準化示范工地”和2022年度上半年“周口市建筑工程安全文明標準化示范工地”等榮譽。
